The 10-bit A/D converter offers up to four times the improvement over traditional 8-bit A/D converters. You get sharper waveforms with more signal details.

10 Msamples of memory depth is available for each channel when all channels are active. In interleaved mode, 20 Msamples are available. This is ten times more than comparable oscilloscopes offer. This results in longer signal sequences and thus more analysis results.

The R&S®RTB2000 provides users with more than just an oscilloscope. It also includes a waveform and pattern generator, as well as a digital voltmeter.
