This press is a knee lever hand press designed for tasks requiring light to medium force, such as shaping, bending, riveting, marking, punching, and joining. It is made of cast iron and is mounted for precise tool alignment at the base. An adjustable pin at the back of the frame allows the tilting mechanism to be stopped before reaching the "on-centre" position, ensuring quick reset and smooth operation, or before reaching the "over-centre" position to maintain pressure on the workpiece. This cost-effective solution makes the mounting of special tools on a range of presses economical and eliminates the expensive and time-consuming retooling of a single press. It offers two lever attachment positions for easy operation, with a recessed base for the use of special tools.
