Nozzle heating devices. RS Pro nozzle heating devices are designed with the highest quality materials for optimal performance. These heaters are most commonly used in the plastics industry but are also suitable for applications up to 1000 °F. Oxidation-resistant high-temperature metal shielding. High-quality mica insulation provides excellent electrical insulation at high temperatures and is moisture resistant. The clamping band is made of low thermal expansion steel to maintain clamping pressure at elevated temperatures. Nickel/chromium resistance wire is uniformly wound for even heat distribution and reliable accuracy. 10-inch standard fiberglass lead.
