Product description:

High Speed Steel (HSS) is primarily used as a cutting material (for machining tools) and is a highly alloyed tool steel. HSS is used for manufacturing tools also because it is very easy to grind. Compared to cold work steels, cutting speeds can be achieved that are three to four times higher, resulting in high application temperatures. The core drills included in the delivery are suitable for steel, cast steel, non-ferrous metals, and light metals.
