This processor module is part of the Modicon M340 series, a range of programmable logic controllers (PLCs). It offers a maximum configuration of 4 module carriers, 36 application-specific channels, 63 CANopen slaves, and 11 slots. It has a current consumption of 135 mA at 24 V DC and operates with internal power supply. The communication processor module interfaces include 2 Ethernet modules and 4 AS-Interface modules. It comes with a memory card for backing up programs, constants, symbols, and data, and has an IP20 protection rating.
