BMH servomotor from the Lexium 32 servo drive series. The BMH series of three-phase AC servomotors features a medium rotor inertia and is perfectly suited for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, it offers a very high power density in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 100 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 230 Nm. Its rated speed can reach up to 2000 rpm, depending on the supply voltage. The voltage-dependent rated power can be up to 9.8 kW. The built-in encoder is a multiturn type with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024x4096) in SinCos Hiperface format. The electrical connection is made via M40 and M23 connectors, which are angled at 90° and rotatable. The motor flange for mounting has a diameter of 190 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 38 mm. The shaft end is smooth and conforms to protection class IP65. The motor housing also meets protection class IP65. An integrated holding brake is included. For the operation of the synchronous motor, the servo amplifiers from the Lexium LXM32 series are recommended.
