TeSys T is a motor management system that, in conjunction with short-circuit protection and a contactor, provides complete motor monitoring, control, and protection. TeSys T manages the most critical processes, reduces downtime, and increases productivity. It is a flexible system that can seamlessly integrate into your automation system via five key communication protocols. TeSys T predicts what will happen in the process by accurately monitoring current, voltage, and power over a wide range. This controller is the central component of the motor management system. The module manages the basic functions of the motor management system. It allows for the measurement of 3-phase current through integrated current transformers from 0.4 to 100 A or up to 810 A using external current transformers. It also measures earth current with internal or external grounding sensors, motor temperature, as well as the inputs and outputs for various motor control modes, fault management, and other functions. This controller uses the DeviceNet protocol. The module features 6 discrete logic inputs, 3 logical relay outputs, and one relay output for an overload relay for fault reporting. The current range of this controller is between 1.35 and 27 Amperes. 120 to 240 VAC is used for the power supply of this controller. The controller has the following certifications: UL, CSA NOM, ATEX, BV, EAC, RINA, LROS, DNV, ABS, GL, KERI, RMRoS, C-Tick, and CCC.
