The Micrologic 5.0 X is an electronic control and tripping device used in the MasterPact MTZ circuit breakers for fixed installation. The Micrologic 2.0 X features adjustable long-time protection, short-time delayed, and instantaneous short-circuit protection. This control device is compatible with MTZ1 06 to MTZ1 16, MTZ 08 to MTZ2 40, and MTZ3 40 to MTZ3 63. MasterPact MTZ is the latest generation of air circuit breakers up to 6300 A, incorporating advanced digital technologies. MasterPact MTZ is designed to protect electrical installations from damage caused by overloads, short circuits, and earth faults. It is possible to customize the Micrologic X control devices at any time with digital modules to add new protection, measurement, or diagnostic functions. The Micrologic X control devices have multiple communication channels, including Ethernet, Modbus SL, and wireless communication facilities. With its integrated backlit HMI, the Micrologic X allows for quick identification of alarm messages. The information processed by the Micrologic X can be displayed on the integrated backlit HMI, on a smartphone via Bluetooth or NFC, and on a PC through the USB port. The protection functions can be set via the integrated display, a smartphone via Bluetooth, or with a PC using EcoStruxure Power Commission, as well as through Ethernet and Modbus SL communication. MasterPact MTZ and Micrologic X are part of the EcoStruxure architecture system.
