The Lexium SH3 servo motor features low rotor inertia, enabling high acceleration capability for dynamic applications. The winding technology results in higher power density in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 2.2 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 7.6 Nm. Its rated speed is up to 7200 rpm depending on the supply voltage, resulting in a voltage-dependent rated power of up to 1360 W. The built-in encoder is designed as a single-turn with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024) as SinCos Hiperface. The electrical connection is made via plug connectors 2x M23, angled by 90° and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange is 70 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 11 mm. The shaft end is smooth and complies with protection class IP54. The motor housing corresponds to protection class IP65. There is no holding brake. The servo amplifiers of the Lexium series Lexium 52 & Lexium 62 are recommended for operating the synchronous motor.
