BMH servomotor from the Lexium 32 series of servo drives. The BMH series of three-phase AC servomotors features a medium rotor inertia and is perfectly suited for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, it offers a very high power density in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 62.5 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 220 Nm. Its rated speed can reach up to 2400 rpm, depending on the supply voltage. A voltage-dependent rated power of up to 6.26 kW is available. The built-in encoder is a single-turn type with 16 periods per revolution (16x1024) in SinCos Hiperface format. The electrical connection is made via M40 and M23 connectors, which are angled at 90° and rotatable. For mounting, the motor flange measures 205 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 38 mm. The shaft end is smooth and complies with protection class IP54. The motor housing meets protection class IP65. An integrated holding brake is included. For operating the synchronous motor, the Lexium series LXM32 servo amplifiers are recommended.
