BMH servomotor from the Lexium 32 series of servo drives. The BMH series of three-phase AC servomotors features a medium rotor inertia and is perfectly suited for applications with high loads. Thanks to its winding technology, it achieves a very high power density in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 62.5 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 220 Nm. Its rated speed can be up to 2400 RPM, depending on the supply voltage. The voltage-dependent rated power can reach up to 6.26 kW. The built-in encoder is a single-turn type with 16 pulses per revolution (16x1024) and is configured as SinCos Hiperface. Electrical connections are made via M40 and M23 connectors, which are angled at 90° and rotatable. The motor flange for mounting has a diameter of 205 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 38 mm. The shaft end is designed with a key and complies with protection class IP65. The motor housing also meets the IP65 protection class. An integrated holding brake is included. For operating the synchronous motor, the Lexium LXM32 series servo amplifiers are recommended.
