BMH servo motor from the Lexium 32 series. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors features a medium rotor inertia and is perfectly suited for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, it achieves a very high power density in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 88 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 330 Nm. Its nominal speed can reach up to 2000 RPM, depending on the supply voltage. The voltage-dependent nominal power can be up to 9.4 kW. The built-in encoder is a multiturn type with 128 periods/revolution (128x1024x4096) in SinCos Hiperface format. The electrical connection is made via M40 and M23 connectors, which are angled at 90° and rotatable. The motor flange for mounting has a diameter of 205 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 38 mm. The shaft end is smooth and conforms to protection class IP65. The motor housing also meets the IP65 protection class. A holding brake is integrated. For operating the synchronous motor, the Lexium LXM32 series servo amplifiers are recommended.
