BMH servo motor from the Lexium 32 servo drive series. The BMH series of three-phase AC servo motors features a medium rotor inertia and is perfectly suited for applications with high loads. Thanks to its winding technology, it offers a very high power density in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 88 Nm and achieves a peak torque of 330 Nm. Its rated speed can reach up to 2000 RPM, depending on the supply voltage. The voltage-dependent rated power can go up to 9.4 kW. The built-in encoder is a multiturn type with 16 periods/revolution (16x1024x4096) in SinCos Hiperface format. Electrical connections are made via M40 and M23 connectors, which are angled at 90° and rotatable. The motor flange for mounting measures 205 mm. The drive shaft has a diameter of 38 mm. The shaft end is smooth and conforms to protection class IP65. The motor housing also meets the IP65 protection class. An integrated holding brake is included. For operating the synchronous motor, the Lexium LXM32 series servo amplifiers are recommended.
