BMH servomotor from the Lexium 32 series of servo drives. The BMH series of three-phase AC servomotors features a medium rotor inertia and is perfectly suited for applications with high loads. Thanks to the winding technology, it achieves a very high power density in a compact design. This servo has a nominal continuous stall torque of 88 Nm and reaches a peak torque of 330 Nm. Its rated speed can be up to 2000 RPM, depending on the supply voltage. This results in a voltage-dependent rated power of up to 9.4 kW. The built-in encoder is a single-turn type with 128 pulses per revolution (128x1024) in SinCos Hiperface format. The electrical connection is made via M40 and M23 connectors in straight design. The motor flange has a diameter of 205 mm for mounting. The drive shaft has a diameter of 38 mm. The shaft end is designed as a key and conforms to protection class IP65. The motor housing also meets the IP65 protection class. There is no holding brake present. For operating the synchronous motor, the servo amplifiers from the Lexium LXM32 series are recommended.
