Integrated drive of the Lexium ILE1 series. This series of decentralized drives consists of a compact unit of the brushless DC motor and the associated control electronics with small dimensions. These motors are characterized by a high holding torque when not powered. This EC motor has a maximum torque of 0.36 Nm and a continuous torque of 0.26 Nm. The voltage-dependent speed reaches up to 4800 rpm. Control is done via CANopen DS301. A single-turn encoder with 12 points per revolution is available as a measurement system. As a safety feature, control inputs for STO are provided. The supply voltage is 24-36 VDC, and the flange size for mounting is 66 mm. Board connectors are available for connection. A spur gear with a reduction ratio of 115:1 is mounted on the EC motor.
