TPCDIO05 is an output module designed as signaling accessory. This functional module serves as a auxiliary contact for load shedding and status output. The rated operating current (Ie) is 5 A at 250 VAC/30 VDC. The load shedding signal can disconnect some non-critical loads when the ATS is switched to the backup power supply. A potential-free status contact activates the signal when the switch is not set to automatic or the power supply to two sources is interrupted. The signal must be deactivated when the switch returns to automatic operation or power is restored.
