It can also be used for vector control operation with speed feedback for synchronous motors. It enhances drive performance regardless of the motor's load condition. This module is installed in a special slot of the frequency converter. It is protected against short circuits and overload in the encoder supply. It is compatible with Altivar Process ATV900 and Modular as well as with Altivar Machine ATV340. It has 1 SUB-D 9 socket.
