The WL12-3P2451 light barrier from Sick is a highly advanced motion sensor based on the principle of a reflective light barrier. It offers reliable detection of objects within a range of 0 to 2 meters, without requiring a minimum distance to the reflector. This is made possible by innovative autocolimation technology, which ensures precise and stable operation. The light barrier is equipped with a PNP switching output and can be operated in both light-on and dark-on modes. Connection is made via a 4-pin M12 connector, allowing for easy integration into existing systems. The use of visible red light as a light source ensures clear signaling and easy visibility. The package includes two mounting brackets and screws, enabling flexible installation.
