PV fuse link with blade contacts, NH3L, In: 630 A, gPV, Un DC: 1000 V, front indicator SITOR 3NE. NC semiconductor protection fuses protect power semiconductors against the effects of a short circuit. The SITOR fuse system from Siemens, as an important component of the SENTRON protection components for electrical installations, offers effective protection for persons, equipment, and systems by means of safe disconnection in the event of an overload or short circuit. The range of applications also includes frequency converters with fuses in the input and DC link, as well as UPS systems and soft starters for motors. The Siemens SITOR fuses are characterized by: 1. superfast breaking characteristics compared to conventional NH fuses; 2. power semiconductors are reliably protected in the event of a short circuit; 3. the Siemens quality standard ensures very good characteristic fidelity; 4. SITOR cylinder fuses are approved according to IEC and UL, and for the most part also CCC.
