The SIMATIC PM 1507 is a single-phase load power supply (PM = Power Module) with automatic range selection for the input voltage, making it an optimal complement for the SIMATIC S7-1500 PLC. It features PM 70 W and PM 190 W load power supply modules for 120/230 V AC supply input and output circuits (load circuits) as well as sensors and actuators.

Connection to all 1-phase mains (120 V AC / 230 V AC) is facilitated by automatic switching. It includes short-term mains buffering, with an output voltage of 24 V DC limited to a maximum of 28 V DC to prevent damage to 24 V consumers if the input voltage is too high. The unit provides 50% "extra power" for 5 seconds per minute to compensate for short-term overloads, such as when switching on 24 V loads.

Parallel connection of two load power supplies is possible for improved performance. Rated input voltage is 120/230 V AC, 50/60 Hz with automatic voltage range switching. Rated output current is 70 W or 190 W, with output power failure buffering.
