The drop-forged and heat-treated axe head is ground and polished. Its slim shape is ideal for splitting softwood.

The Superplastic insert with a diameter of 50 mm is a medium-hard plastic insert made from extruded, extremely homogeneous material. Compared to injection-molded plastic inserts, it is significantly more wear-resistant and durable.
