The robust vibrating bottle impresses with its high performance, precise craftsmanship, and durability. It is used in conjunction with a suitable concrete vibrator or compactor to professionally compact fresh concrete and reliably eliminate voids, cavities, and trapped air bubbles. With a total length of 4 meters and a connection diameter of 45 mm, it is ideal for use in foundations, floor slabs, lintels, columns, walls, and formwork. The efficient compaction process gives the concrete a homogeneous structure, increased strength, and improved frost resistance – the crucial factors for a long-lasting and professional construction execution. For compaction, the vibrating bottle fixed to the concrete vibrator is inserted into the still liquid concrete. An internal, flexible steel shaft transmits the rotational movement of the drive to the bottle, generating powerful vibrations. These evenly compact the concrete and push trapped air upwards, resulting in a dense, stable concrete mass. The high-quality, hardened steel bottle ensures a long service life and is shock and wear-resistant. The flexible connecting hose is oil-resistant and protected by a robust plastic sheath, which additionally ensures durability and reliable function even under demanding construction site conditions.
