The S-STUD2500 stud welding machine welds even hard metals very effectively, with a high capacity of 108,000 µF and a stored energy of 2500 J. With the CD peak ignition, you can briefly melt the ignition tip of the stud and the workpiece. When pressure is applied, the arc extinguishes, and both parts are firmly bonded together. This process allows you to weld up to 20 studs per minute. It is suitable for sheets starting from 0.5 mm.
