The SBS-CT-2000 coating thickness gauge from Steinberg Systems can be used on surfaces made of ferromagnetic metals, such as car paint on metal. With a generous measuring range of 0 to 2,000 μm and an accuracy of ±2% + 1μm, this gauge measures very accurately.

The coating tester features 2,000 memory locations and has two different measuring modes: the first mode determines values via magnet, while the second checks other materials using eddy current. All measurement parameters are clearly displayed on the LCD display with switchable backlighting. To transfer the measured values, connect the device to a PC or laptop using the supplied mini-USB cable. When not in use, store the layer measuring device safely in the transport case.
