The STIHL Battery Adapter AP is necessary to transfer energy from your STIHL AP-System battery or from a backpack battery AR to a STIHL device with a battery compartment. This also allows you to carry the battery on your body, thereby reducing the weight of the device. To use it, insert the adapter in place of the battery into the battery compartment and connect it via a connection cable to the corresponding battery. You can use the AP adapter together with a belt bag AP with connection cable, the STIHL Battery AR 1000, the STIHL Battery AR 2000 L, or the STIHL Battery AR 3000 L.
