Mechanically stable and flexible for curved surfaces. Suitable for permanent applications. Seals against moisture, vapour and gas, ideal for sealing cooling pipes and windings in the household appliance industry and for joining and sealing thermal insulation and shafts in the metalworking industry. Carrier material: aluminium foil (50 µm). Has electrical and thermal conductivity, is resistant to ageing, reflects heat and light and is flame-retardant in accordance with DIN 4102 (B1) and UL 510A requirements. Temperature resistant from -40 °C to +160 °C. Temperature range: -40 to +160 °C. Backing type: Aluminium foil. Total thickness: 0.09 mm. Approval: DIN-4102: B1, UL 510A. Tear strength: 40 N/cm. Adhesive strength: 9 N/cm.
