Beech Wood Chips

The chips are intended for hot smoking in a smoking chamber. The beech wood chips produce a light and aromatic smoke. They are suitable for almost all types of meat, fish, and cheese. Soak the chips in water for about 30 minutes before use. For smoking, place the chips in a smoking tray or wrap them in aluminum foil and place them on the embers or charcoal. Once the chips start to smoke, place the food on the grill and close the lid. The grill lid must be closed for the smoked food to develop its full flavor. Quantity: 1L.
