Beech wood chips
The chips are intended for hot smoking in a smokehouse. The beech wood chips produce a light and aromatic smoke. They are suitable for almost all types of meat, fish and cheese.
Soak the chips in water for approx. 30 minutes before use. To smoke, place the chips in a smoking tray or wrap them in aluminium foil and place them on the embers or charcoal. When the chips start to smoke, place the food on the grill and close the lid. The lid of the grill must be closed so that the smoked food can develop its full flavour. Quantity: 1L.
