You will be alerted by a signal tone when the desired temperatures are reached. The Wireless Grill and Roasting Thermometer Kitchen Chef Twin features two stainless steel probes. This allows you to monitor either the cooking chamber temperature of the grill or oven with upper and lower temperature limits, or the core temperature of up to two roasting or grilling pieces.
