Description & Application
Liquix Pro 1 is a styrene-free vinyl ester compound mortar available in different cartridge types and cartridge sizes with static mixer Liquix Mix.

• For approval-relevant fixings in cracked and non-cracked concrete and brickwork
• Approved in connection with commercially available threaded rods or TOX Threaded Rod Stix

Processing & installation

• In perforated brick, work with sieve sleeve
• Clean drill hole
• Screw static mixer tightly onto cartridge
• Mark setting depth deviating from standard on anchor rod
• Discard the first approx. 10 cm of the composite mortar and do not use it for fixing
• Fill the cleaned drill hole approx. 2/3 of the way from the bottom of the drill hole or, if a sieve sleeve is used, fill it completely with composite mortar.
• Insert the anchor rod with slight twisting movements to the specified setting depth.
• Observe the torques and curing times of the respective valid approvals.

The mortar may be used in dry or moist concrete as well as in water-filled boreholes.

• For the application of coaxial, peeler and tubular film cartridges, use the Liquix Blaster and Liquix Blaster Pro squeeze guns; for side-by-side cartridges use the Liquix Blaster Plus squeeze gun.
