Description and Application Area
• The Thermo Proof Mini is a spacer mounting system for light to medium loads for securing items such as downpipes, signs, shutter guides, mailboxes, etc.
• Secure anchoring in the building material with Barracuda 14/70
• Simply screw in the pre-assembled Thermo Proof Mini with TX 25
• When using with M10 mounting threaded rod: securing items such as downpipes
• When used without mounting rod: securing mailboxes, outdoor cameras
• When used without mounting threaded rod and Barracuda 5/25: securing attachments with screws Ø 3.0 - 5.0, e.g., motion detectors, house numbers

Processing and Assembly
• Cut the threaded rod to the required length
• Create a drill hole with Ø 14 mm in the building material (drill hole depth 90 mm + tWDVS)
• Clean the drill hole
• Screw Barracuda 14/70 onto the threaded rod with a maximum of two turns
• Drive the pre-assembled Thermo Proof Mini into the drill hole until the black iso-spacer is flush with the exterior wall.
• Finish screwing until the collar of the iso-spacer is flush against the plaster

Application Example 1: Downpipe Mounting
• Attach the TOX Flexi Cap and mount the pipe clamp

Application Example 2: Mounting with M6 Screw for Various Uses
• Unscrew the mounting threaded rod
• Secure the attachment with M6 screw

Application Example 3: Mounting with Screws for Various Uses
• Unscrew the mounting threaded rod
• Drive Barracuda 5/25 into the iso-spacer
• Secure the attachment with a Ø 3.0 - 5.0 screw.
