The Thermanit 30/10W electrode from Voestalpine Böhler is a high-quality stick electrode known for its stainless properties, making it suitable for applications in corrosive environments up to 300 °C. It offers high hot cracking resistance and ensures good toughness while maintaining a high yield strength. This electrode is ideal for joints and overlays on similar and related steels and cast iron types. It is particularly well-suited for tough connections on unalloyed and low-alloy structural steels with higher strength, manganese hard steel, and CrNiMn steels. Additionally, it enables welding connections between different materials, including stainless and heat-resistant steels. The electrode meets the standards EN ISO 3581-A and DIN 8556 and is suitable for various welding positions.
