The Voltcraft MSB-300 measuring lead is optimized for electrical connections and low-voltage measurements in laboratories and workshops. The rated current is 10 A, and the rated voltage is 30 V AC (alternating current) and 60 V DC (direct current). The cable material used is extremely flexible and of exceptional quality. Unlike cheaper and stiffer materials, tangling is nearly impossible. Increased tensile strength is achieved through particularly tear-resistant plastic fibers, which extend the lifespan. The measuring lead is insulated with silicone, making it heat-resistant and insensitive to heat damage that can occur when working with hot soldering irons. For your safety, the measuring lead is double insulated in two colors. If the first insulation layer is damaged, a differently colored insulation layer is revealed. This wear indicator reliably shows when the cable is worn out. For safety reasons, damaged measuring leads should be replaced immediately. Secure contact is ensured by the hard-nickel surface coating of the 4 mm lamella connectors, which allows for a high number of mating cycles.
