The German trade magazine "Messer-Magazin" called on readers to participate in a design competition for a new Walther folding knife. The design by Simon Telpl prevailed in the final round against eleven other proposals and received the most votes from readers. In addition to a limited edition of 100 pieces (Walther MME with D2 blade and G10 handle), there is this more affordable variant, the Walther EDK (Everyday Knife), which corresponds to the Telpl design but features a blade made of 440-C steel and plastic handle scales. This compact and high-quality knife is the ideal companion for leisure and work. It can be easily stored in work pants, is easy to open, and extremely stable.
