The knife, named after the successful Walther P22 small-caliber pistol, immediately stands out due to its unusual grip shape. The rear end, reminiscent of a magazine base, provides a good hold in the hand, complementing the otherwise straightforward design. This is also true for the longitudinal grooves on either side of the blade axis, where the thumb rests for both right- and left-handed users. Naturally, this Walther pistol knife features the well-known Hi-Grip surface texture from the firearm, which covers the rubber-coated G10 handle scales. The spearpoint blade, coated in titanium gray and made from high-quality 440C steel, can only be opened with both hands and locks securely with a liner lock mechanism. As with all current Walther folding knives, a nylon sheath is included, which can be worn horizontally or vertically on the belt.
