Tightening screws with a defined torque value over 5 Nm is hardly possible with a standard torque screwdriver. The solution is the variable adjustable torque screwdriver with a side handle. With an adjustment range of 5-14 Nm, it covers a wide range of applications in combination with the insulated torque blades for side handles. To set a torque value, the side cover cap must be opened using a coin. With the included adjustment tool, the desired torque value can be set and quickly and easily read on the numerical Nm display. A clearly audible and tactile signal upon torque release ensures a process-safe torque mechanism that protects against material damage and rework. The integrated slip clutch prevents the desired torque value from being exceeded. With a release accuracy of +/- 6%, the torque tool meets the requirements of DIN EN ISO 6789. As a VDE and IEC certified product, the torque screwdriver with side handle is approved for work on live parts up to 1,000 V AC, providing electricians with full protection during their daily tasks.
