The plate features a slight inward curve, ensuring that nothing drips over the edge into the fire or embers. Thanks to the constant heat distribution, larger items on the 44 cm round plate are heated evenly, resulting in perfect grilling results with ease.

The grill plate comes with two sets of legs in different lengths. Depending on your needs, you can choose the 20 cm legs or the longer 32 cm version. These can be quickly attached or detached, expanding the usage options and making transport easier.

Made from cast iron, the plate excels in ideal heat distribution for consistent grilling results. Additionally, the plate has been pre-treated with vegetable oil, creating a non-stick effect. This effect improves with each use, as repeated grilling and frying form a so-called patina (layer) that prevents food from sticking to the grill plate.

The practical wooden handles do not absorb heat from the plate and therefore do not transfer it. This makes handling the grill plate safer. However, please keep in mind that the handles can still absorb and transfer heat if the cooking surface is directly beneath them. Therefore, please protect your hands accordingly.

Care instructions: Clean the grill plate with hot water and avoid using cleaning agents. The protective layer of fat should remain on the plate. Do not scrape the surface of the grill plate and always store it in a dry place.
