With this set, you receive three different XPOtool chisels. This includes a pointed chisel, a flat chisel, and a wide chisel, ensuring you are well-equipped for various tasks. For safe operation, the chisels feature a shock protection on the handle with a diameter of approximately 73 mm. Additionally, the rubber grip coating provides better handling of the chisels.

The 300 mm long pointed chisel is primarily used for hard building materials, such as concrete. Its tapered shape concentrates the impact energy at the tip, transferring it into the material being worked on. The resulting wedge effect allows for a high material removal rate. Thus, the pointed chisel is suitable for breaking and chipping materials.

When working with softer materials like sand-lime brick, clay bricks, or similar building materials, the flat chisel is used. Thanks to its 15 mm cutting edge, the impact energy is effectively applied to the material. The flat chisel has a length of 300 mm and is also well-suited for creating borders in materials.

The set is completed by the approximately 210 mm long wide chisel, also known as a spatula chisel. It is a broader version of the flat chisel and is used for chipping away at walls or plastered surfaces. It is also utilized for loosening or breaking up bitumen, screed, and even soil. With its 50 mm cutting width, the chisel achieves good performance when working with various lightweight building materials such as gypsum, hollow blocks, or pumice stone.
