Can also be used as a seal under high chemical loads and temperatures. It comes on a space-saving roll and offers high chemical resistance, no aging, and is weather and light resistant. It efficiently seals uneven surfaces, minimizes downtime, and allows for easy installation as it is self-adhesive on one side.
Application area: Universally applicable in plant and apparatus construction (as an assembly aid), food production, medical technology, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, exhaust systems, power plants and supply lines, chemical and paint industries, sight glasses, etc.
Material: 100% virgin expanded PTFE (soft, flexible).
Application temperature: from -240 °C to +270 °C (short-term up to +315 °C).
Approvals/Certifications: Physiologically harmless, no inherent taste, no inherent odor, and cannot be attacked or decomposed by microorganisms. The requirements according to FDA guideline 21CFR 177.1550 and EU regulation No. 1935/2004 are met.
