3. Nextbase Hardwire Kit

Hardwired Cable Kit

The cable kit includes all the components necessary for a simple installation with a vehicle's fuse box. Simply connect the required fuse cable to the vehicle's fuse box to power the dashcam independently. This allows the dashcam to be installed in your vehicle without using the 12V socket (cigarette lighter). The cable also features a blue LED indicator that shows whether power is available and if a dashcam is connected. By connecting to a permanent power supply, the built-in minimum voltage limiter protects the vehicle battery from discharging. When the cable kit is installed on a "Switched Live" supply, the dashcam powers on and starts recording automatically as soon as the vehicle is unlocked or started. The hardwired cable kit is compatible with 12-24V power connections for use in cars or trucks. The total cable length is 5 meters, allowing for discreet hiding of the cable after a clean installation.
