Can I also activate/insert the Outdoor Cam, Ring Spotlight Cam Plus, for example, with the Ring Alarm (Gen2) kit? Without a subscription?

Yes, you can do any addition of the Ring product without subscription. Not that Subscription is a standalone product and you should know what you want as without the subscription, you cannot do play back videos etc. The best is to visit the ring website and make yourself comfortable there as pretty all questions are answered there. As I know all devices Ring can be connected. Subscription of Ring need more in USA - it connect your sistem with Police secure. Other way no need subscription
