The Creality Falcon Laser Engraver 5W is not ideal for engraving metal or stainless steel as it is mainly designed for materials such as wood, bamboo, rubber, leather, fabric and acrylic. However, it can be used on painted metal surfaces, not on raw aluminium or stainless steel. A more powerful device would be required for engraving metal or stainless steel.
