I think the cover is big enough and robust (my barbecue is outside 365 days a year and the cover seems to be well protected against UV light). I live in a "hairdryer area" and it (the cover) is also subjected to a lot of mechanical stress.

I have had my cover for almost 5 years now and the barbecue underneath has been only slightly protected under this cover for the same amount of time! It holds and holds and holds.....
The grill is also in top condition!
