Does this device also have an impact drill function? Or is this version just the normal cordless drill? Thank you for your help.

All Bosch screwdrivers called GSB have the impact function. The machines without the impact function have the designation GSR. This machine with the designation GSB 12v-15 therefore has the impact function.

Note: the impact function is not comparable with a real hammer drill. It is sufficient for small jobs in masonry, but if you often have to drill holes in concrete, you should buy a real hammer drill.
