Question about Garmin DriveSmart 66 MT-S

I find 3 Garmin with the same name "DriveSmart 66" on Digitec's site. One for CHF 170.-, one for 220.- and one for 202.- The difference in specifications makes no sense to me, except that one is described in English and with Alexa integration. Question 1: What is the difference between the 3 devices? Question 2: Will the charging cable of the Garmin Zumo 396 LMT-S fit the DriveSmart 66? PS. I think clear product descriptions are a quality feature that Digitec should pay attention to.

This navigation device can only receive traffic data via a paired smartphone.
This Garmin DriveSmart 66 (6 ") can receive the traffic radio via DAB+ and is therefore independent of a connection to the smartphone. However, it is possible to receive the traffic radio via a connected smartphone.
The last Garmin DriveSmart 66 (6 ") has the Alexa voice assistant integrated. The integration of Alexa makes it possible to play music, listen to audio books or the news by voice command. Traffic information is only available on this model via a paired smartphone.
