I have fitted the shower head and it is leaking. Water is splashing between the shower head and the hose. The installation instructions show a filter and a sealing ring. The filter seems to be fitted? But there is no sign of a sealing ring. Is something missing? Any ideas for solving the problem? Thanks for your support!

I didn't have a seal either, there's always one in the hose, which should normally be enough. Everything is tight for me. But it could also be on the hose side, I've also had problems with other showers. Possibly get a new seal from a DIY store.

There is a seal on the hose side. The filter is, as I understand it, already installed.
I have instructions here to make sure everything is correct. If the seal is missing, which I don't think it is, as the previous writers have noted, buy one.

Shower hoses are usually supplied with sealing rings for both ends. These rings are also available from DIY stores.
