Not really. For manual operation with a FROLL, you only need a rocker switch (2-way push-button with 3 connections). In addition, the FROLL requires sufficient space in a flush-mounted or surface-mounted housing.
In other words, the FROLL would replace a switch like the one linked - for 1 roller shutter.
