Question about Creality Laser Falcon Engraver-5W
Our engravings have recently been doubled, there is a 3D effect and in addition the engraving on the sides is a nice colour and in the middle it becomes lighter. What is the problem here, is it the laser or is it the user? I work with the Ligthburn software

In 1 year of use, I've never had this problem! Have you got into the habit of cleaning the laser head and the lens in the head?
I also experienced this effect. I then saw in the settings that the so-called angle was set to 45 degrees, which means that the laser was working diagonally. I set the value to zero and everything was back to normal.
