What software do I need to install on my computer to be able to use the laser engraver? Do I then have to transfer this to the Minni USB in order to insert it into the slot on the engraver? How can I put characters in the right place on my base?

I use the LightBurn software. The laser can be controlled directly via USB.

Digitec should answer this question. Why should I provide free sales support here? I think Digitec is simply wrong to just sell products and offer no other support.
