The Möwe 2 is the completely redesigned successor to the well-known model from aero-naut. The Möwe is inspired by a small North Sea fishing cutter, which can be found in large numbers along the local coasts. Due to its simple construction, the Möwe is an ideal model for beginners in model building or for youth promotion in clubs.

The Möwe is entirely made of wood. All components are precisely laser-cut, requiring little to no finishing work. The hull is covered with A-TEX, a novel and unique building material that is easy to work with and provides the hull with the necessary strength. The mast, booms, and exhaust pipe are made of aluminum, contributing to the appealing look of the model. The authentic character of the Möwe is emphasized by the winch made from precisely cut plywood parts and the three wooden boxes for the caught fish.

The model kit includes:
A detailed assembly manual in German and English with graphical representations of each step and a parts list, all the wooden parts required for construction made of plywood and A-TEX, aluminum cutouts, an electric motor, a ship shaft with a propeller, a rudder, a flag, fastening materials, and adhesive.
