The Lancia Delta HF Integrale EVO (Evolution) was an evolution of earlier Lancia Delta models that achieved numerous successes in the World Rally Championship. EVO was introduced to homologate new modifications for rally purposes, where the Delta Integrale dominated in the 1980s and early 1990s. The 1991 model is powered by a turbocharged 2.0-16V engine that produces about 210 hp. This was a significant improvement over earlier versions. The car featured all-wheel drive, which provided excellent traction and stability, especially on challenging rally surfaces.
